Jumeirah English Speaking School (JESS) is situated in the main residential area of Dubai. The school is one of the most established schools in Dubai for Grades 1 - 6. The school follows the UK curriculum and maintains very high standards in teaching and learning. Most teachers are recruited from the UK, all teachers are qualified to teach the UK curriculum. As the school is very popular, it is strongly recommended that applications are made well before the start of any academic year.
The Arabian Ranches site opened in September 2005
comprises of a Primary and Secondary School. The facilities are wholly capable
of meeting the school ethos of offering a broad and balanced education to
students.
The school is governed by a Board of Governors and enjoys extremely high levels
of resources. Computer facilities are available to all year levels. Physical
Education is emphasised and aided by the existence of a 25m swimming pool.
