
Housing and Visas

Housing: If you are single, a married couple
with no children, or a married couple with one child usually you will have a 2
bedroom apartment. A married couple with two or more children usually have a 3
bedroom apartment or a villa or a suitable accommodation. The Housing and Visa Officer will
offer advice and assistance on VISAS, LICENSES AND HOUSING, but he is
responsible only for the processing of those
documents that are the responsibility of HCT. At the time of writing, these
include the following: - Employment and Residence Visas for
employees and Housing. Visit Visas for approved family
members travelling to the UAE with the employee at the start of the contract and
then once the employee is a "Resident", Residence Visas for approved
family members travelling to the UAE with the employee at the beginning of the
contract (first time). Renewal of
Residence Visa for family members after the 3rd year has to be borne
by the employee. Residence entry permits and
stamping of Residence into the passports of new family members. Upon leaving the UAE at the end of
contract cancellation of residence permits of employees.
In certain cases we can provide
more assistance if time and work load permit, and, of course, will provide all

As you process licenses and visas you
may be told of new requirements, procedures or be asked for additional
documents. Please inform the Housing and Visa Officer immediately so that
