The time for Dubai and all of the UAE is GMT + 4 hours and
the working week for the HCT is Sunday to Thursday which is the working
week as specified by the UAE Government
Sometimes for private firms it can be Saturday to Thursday or Sunday to Thursday.
Therefore remember if you need to phone someone, Thursday (mostly) , Friday (definitely) or Saturday (maybe) will
be their weekend. This is something most Western people never get used to....Leigh
