Most Dentists serving the expat market in Dubai are not cheap, but are very good. Some listed at the bottom of this list are in Sharjah and In the Karama part of Dubai and are also good and MUCH cheaper.

Expensive, very modern, good dentist

International dentists, located in Beach Road Jumeira just past Jumeira beach park as you head away from the creek.

Dr. Gonzales

She's in Karama opposite the Post Office. It's not "posh" and doesn't look like a dentist's from the outside but she's very sweet and gentle with kids (and with adults too!) She's also very  reasonable in her charges compared to those who target the ex-pat market.

Dr Eivind Linge 

at the Scandinavian Dental Clinic is excellent. Super up to date equipment, excellent manner, takes his time, explains procedures carefully, and would never suggest unnecessary treatments -in fact he saved me from a root canal!

Al- Maliky Dental Clinic

Dr Yahya Al-Ajlouni is great and not expensive. He offers DWC staff 50% off his normal prices.

His clinic is in the back of Sharjah and hard to find ( get him to fax you a map), but he is a good (and gentle) dentist and worth the trip.

Dr. Sunny's Clinic

"Dr. Sunny's Clinic" is a full, albeit modest, medical clinic in Sharjah with a dental section.

These two dentists, Dr. Thomas Kurian and Dr. Sheela Balu Abraham, are, in my dental experience, very good, very competent. The prices are quite reasonable.
